Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Craftoria account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with their original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
